Mijo- Original Mixed Media Painting

A one-of-a-kind piece.  Mijo is son in Spanish.  This piece is dedicated to the boy moms :)

Love the layers of colors and stars on this piece. 

The original was created using repurposed materials-- which is part of my process of giving overlooked things a second stop.  I loved seeing this piece come together and finding the beauty that might have otherwise been missed.  

No two pieces are ever the same.  This piece would be so great in a boys room!!
